The deal secures the investor a business with roughly 950 employees and sales of 1.9 billion Swedish kronor (around €180 million) in 2018. Dellner Couplers AB has signed an agreement with CAF, Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles, S.A., under which Dellner will acquire CAF’s MiiRA Couplers business. Dellner will take over MiiRA’s full coupler portfolio and take over production of MiiRA’s current order backlog.
